This consultancy is an opportunity to support UNICEF Innocenti’s education policy and systems research by strengthening the quality, coherence, and impact of global education knowledge products. The Senior Education Research Consultant will contribute to flagship initiatives such as Data Must Speak (DMS), Women in Learning Leadership (WiLL), and Teachers for All (T4A), supporting research outputs across six countries.
Working from existing analytical inputs, the consultant will help refine analytical frameworks, conduct peer review and quality assurance, and strengthen integration of quantitative and qualitative findings. The role focuses on shaping decision‑grade, policy‑relevant public goods to inform education policy dialogue globally.
