Expectation State, an implementing partner under The Informal Livelihoods Advancement Activity (Iqlaa) in Jordan, is seeking to engage a qualified technical service provider to enhance Credit Plus’s Supply Chain Finance (SCF) platform’s user experience, frontend architecture, system integrations, and mobile accessibility. This assignment will focus on simplifying buyer and supplier onboarding, improving usability, embedding trust-building mechanisms and secure integration with external systems.
Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted by March 18 by 04.00 P.M (Amman, Jordan time) via electronic submission only to (procurement.jo@expectationstate.com) using the subject line: “RFP 01-2026: Platform Enhancement to Facilitate the Improvement and Utilization Rate of Existing SCF Platforms”.
