UNICEF Cambodia is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to provide interim leadership to our People & Culture (P&C) team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across our Country Office. You will work directly with the Representative and the senior management team in UNICEF Cambodia, offering strategic guidance and technical leadership on all HR matters.

Minimum requirements:
Minimum Qualifications required:
Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in People & Culture, preferably within the UN system or international organizations
Proven experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and HR advisory services
Experience supporting organizational change or HR service delivery transitions is a strong asset.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills:
Strong analytical and advisory skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity with sound judgment
Demonstrated commitment to people centered, inclusive, and ethical practices
Fluency in English (knowledge of Khmer or another UN language is an asset)
