Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Representative Operations, UNICEF Thailand Country Office is seeking an individual consultant with seasoned expertise in job analysis and organizational design to provide technical advisory and process support to the Thailand Country Office (TCO) in the review of its office structure and in preparing a structured approach for the development of the Country Programme Management Plan (CPMP) 2027–2031.
The consultancy will focus on organizing the analytical inputs, sequencing required processes, and supporting the office to prepare a coherent CPMP submission aimed at ensuring a fit-for-purpose office structure that delivers improved outcomes for children in Thailand and supports Thailand’s evolving programme and fundraising context.
