As part of the UNICEF China Climate Strategy for the CPD 2026-2030, the Climate section is engaged with MEE and MARA to initiate and sustain the program driven SSTC strategy of UNICEF China. This consultancy is proposed to support the climate section in developing key technical documents and coordination support to enable high quality implementation of SSTC projects in the RWP period.
The purpose of this assignment is to:
1) Support partner ministries and departments in planning for SSTC initiatives
2) Support UNICEF China in orientation and capacity building of select Global South countries for SSTC opportunities and processes
3) Support UNICEF China in documenting SSTC processes and practices
