About Field Production
Field Production (FP) is a specialized media and communication company established in 2021 and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey. FP focuses on raising awareness, supporting peacebuilding, and amplifying the voices of conflict-affected and marginalized communities across the Middle East and other fragile and complex contexts. Operating from Istanbul as a regional hub, FP implements projects across multiple countries, combining strong contextual understanding with international standards in media, communication, and creative production.

FP provides integrated services in media and communication, advocacy, capacity building, and performing and visual arts. These include strategic communication and media campaign design, videography and photography, documentaries, short films, motion graphics, animation, digital storytelling, graphic design, social media content, digital marketing, and training and mentoring programmes for journalists, activists, and community media actors.

Purpose of the Call
FP is inviting applications from individual experts and companies who are interested in joining our consultant roster for short-term and assignment-based opportunities. We are particularly looking for experts with strong practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
Videography, Photography, Graphic Design, Media Training and Capacity Building, Motion Graphics and Animation, and Digital Marketing.

Selected experts may be engaged in assignments related to content production, campaign development, training delivery, communication support, visual storytelling, and creative design services for projects implemented across different humanitarian and development settings.

Countries of Focus
Applications are particularly encouraged from experts who are currently based in:
Sudan, South Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Syria, Jordan, Turkey, Lebanon, Iraq, Palestine and Cambodia.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should demonstrate relevant technical experience in their field of specialization, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in complex and diverse contexts. Experience working with humanitarian, development, media, or civil society organizations is highly desirable.

A good command of English is preferred, while knowledge of Arabic, French, or relevant local languages will be considered a strong asset depending on the country context and type of assignment.
