STOOS CONSULTING is expanding its global expert roster and invites applications from highly qualified Artificial Intelligence (AI) specialists, data scientists, and digital innovation experts to support programmes across humanitarian and development contexts worldwide.

Core Responsibilities

Selected experts may be engaged to:
• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven and digital solutions tailored to programme needs
• Conduct data analysis, modeling, and system development to inform decision-making
• Develop tools, platforms, and innovation pilots across sectors
• Provide technical advisory and capacity building to partners and stakeholders
• Integrate AI and digital innovation into existing humanitarian and development programmes
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, safeguarding, and data protection principles
• Contribute to research, learning, and evidence generation

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in AI, data science, or digital innovation
• Proven experience in developing or applying AI solutions in operational contexts
• Strong programming and analytical skills (e.g., Python, R, machine learning frameworks)
• Experience working with international NGOs, UN agencies, or donor-funded programmes is an advantage
